With over 25 years' experience as a lawyer, he specialises in civil, commercial and corporate law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adolfo advises private clients and companies on real estate investments and property disputes. He has been involved in numerous lawsuits related to the protection of property, construction, credit and intellectual property rights. He advises companies on commercial relations, expansion plans and restructuring due to insolvency. He also acts as a court-appointed insolvency administrator for insolvency proceedings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adolfo\u2019s knowledge of international private law enables him to advise international clients and foreign law firms on cross-border matters, such as international contracts, inheritance, claims for payment, civil liability claims, and insolvency proceedings. He is currently coordinator of the <a href=\"https:\/\/abogaciademalaga.es\/seccion-internacional\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/abogaciademalaga.es\/seccion-internacional\/\">International Section of the Malaga Bar Association<\/a> and a lecturer in Cross-Border Civil Justice for the Master's Degree process in Access to the Legal Profession in Malaga.
