Regulations, directives and decisions form a body of law that takes precedence over national law and implies that Spanish courts are bound by the case law of the European Court of Justice. European rules are a direct source of rights and obligations for both citizens and member states alike.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t<\/header>\n\n\n                    <section class=\"row\">\n                    \n<div class=\"block cells is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-1 block cells-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"md_span_2-3 is-layout-flow -is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\"><div>\n\n\n<p>We accompany our clients in the interpretation, compliance and resolution of conflicts in which EU law applies, even going to supranational bodies to defend their rights.
